Shipping policy

Due to changes of tariffs to the US and surcharges of $25NZD per parcel to Alaska and Hawaii postage to these destinations has changed and is not included in the FREE POSTAGE for orders over $350NZD. However orders over $350 being sent Air Post (insured, tracked) are only being charged a tariff fee. 

We offer Free shipping by air post (insured, tracked) to any approved international destination for orders over $350.  Standard air post time is 7-10 working days.  However Covid-19 has increased the delivery time up to 4 - 6 weeks. But even then this is just an indication. We also offer Free postage by standard tracked post for orders over $350 anywhere in New Zealand.  Standard post time is 2-3 working days.  However Covid-19 has increased the delivery time up to approximately 2 weeks.

International Courier is a tracked service that takes 4-6 working days to any approved International destination. This has also been affected by Covid-19 and is taking longer.  Approximately 2 weeks.  This is also just an indication.
